Is “global warming” an undeniable scientific argument? Or is it too overwhelming or too influential to everyone’s life today? What shall we react if it is true?

Or is it just a huge lie? A sensational hoax ?

Things get more complicated when politics is involved. How much truth sits inside the documentaries as well as on their producers’ minds? Whom to believe? Make up your own mind.
There are questionable points here and there in both clips (maybe more in the second), and some data and comments are rather imprecise from the scientific perspective. Eg. Is Medieval Warm Period a global phenomenon? Does volcanoes produce more CO2 than human activities? Is CO2 level strongly correlated to average global temperature? As both documentaries didn’t seriously explain the charts in much detail besides emphasizing their conclusions. I would say I love Gore’s speech, even it is more like a political campaign than a science lecture. After all, there is at least one thing true for sure: it is always hard to predict the future, and we need to live and act wisely, and think carefully on behalf of the future of mankind.
